Our dream in 2007 while serving our countries needs in Iraq, was to bring affordable homes to Tennessee. The dream was to offer "System-Built" Modular Homes in Tennessee, either single family homes or multifamily town homes and today that dream became a peaceful reality. Robert and Thomas know what it is like to work as a team, considering they both work together serving their country in Afghanistan and Iraq. Robert Blanchard
Robert was born in West Virginia in 1974. He spent most of his teen years helping his dad with various construction projects such as building decks, porches, and a garage. After graduating high school in 1992, Robert joined the United States Army where he is currently serving and plans to retire in 2014 after 22 years of service. He has experienced the adventure of a lifetime serving this great nation in Korea, Afghanistan and Iraq. Robert has earned many prestigious awards for his leadership, honesty, loyalty and abilities to always complete task. He has a degree from Hawaii Pacific University in Leadership and Management. Currently Robert resides in Baltimore, MD with his beautiful family. Very soon they will retire to the great state of Tennessee were he and Thomas will live out their dreams of building quality homes for wonderful people like you!
Thomas Buck
Thomas Buck was born in Kentucky in 1982. After graduating high school in 2000, Thomas joined the United States Army Military Police Corp and served his country for 9 years before being honorable discharged. During his time in the military he earned many awards and went to various military schools like Air Assault, were he learned to repel out of helicopters. During this time he was also a part of Operation Enduring Freedom 5 (Afghanistan 04-05) and Operation Iraqi Freedom 5 (Iraq 06-07). After leaving the Army in 2009, Thomas Finished his Associates Degree in Business Management and followed his dream of giving back to his country by building great quality homes for low prices ("System-Built" Modular Homes). Currently Thomas, his beautiful wife, and son live outside of Nashville, Tennessee.

The 'Projects Division' of Mod-U-Kraf consists of multi-family housing and commercial buildings up to four stories. They use systems-built technology to engineer multi-family housing, residence halls, condominiums, medical clinics, assisted living facilities, resorts, motels, and professional office buildings. Literally thousands of quality homes and commercial buildings have been built by Mod-U-Kraf during their three decades of operation. The production facility and corporate offices are located in Rocky Mount, Virginia.
